  • Fielding and Asset Management - Coordinate planning, movement, and management of resources including people, equipment, supplies, and information—to ensure they are available at the right place, at the right time, and in the right condition to support operational effectiveness and mission success.
  • Readiness, Mobility and Deployment Management - planning, coordinating, and controlling the movement and setup of personnel, equipment, and resources to support mission or operational requirements. Our expertise ensures that capabilities are delivered where and when they are needed, in a safe, efficient, and compliant manner. Deploy quickly, operate effectively, and adapt to changing mission demands while maintaining operational continuity
  • Training Management - Planning, developing, delivering, and evaluating training programs to ensure personnel are fully qualified to perform mission-essential tasks. From identifying training requirements, aligning curricula with mission and organizational objectives, scheduling and resourcing instruction, maintaining training records, and conducting periodic assessments to validate proficiency. Our approach ensures that individuals and teams maintain technical competence, operational readiness, and compliance with established standards and continuous improvement by incorporating lessons learned, updating training content, and tailoring delivery methods to evolving mission needs.
  • Exercise support - Planning, coordination, and execution of activities that enable realistic training events, mission rehearsals, and operational exercises. This includes providing logistical, technical, and administrative support to ensure that personnel, equipment, facilities, and resources are available and integrated to meet exercise objectives. Our support activities may include scenario development, role-player coordination, site preparation, communications setup, transportation, sustainment, safety oversight, and after-action data collection. Our approach to exercise support ensures that training environments simulate operational conditions, validate readiness, and identify capability gaps while enhancing interoperability across units and mission partners.


Service Levels

Our team of professional logistics managers, Trainers and Exercise and Readiness managers cover the spectrum with their experience. Our Subject Matter Experts generally have more than ten years of experience and hands on experience with current and legacy service logistics systems and bring the ability to rapidly adjust logistics operations to meet mission needs. Our journeymen bring at least four years of experience while our Senior logistics personnel bring more than seven years in this field, some with advanced certifications including certified logistics officer or logistics specialist. Our vast experience enables Interoperability; we Integrate with joint, allied, and partner-nation logistics systems.
