Service Levels

Our IT Ops and analysis service levels are tied to the functional disciple they are assigned to including type of analysis they are performing. Typically, our Level IV are Subject Matter Experts, amassing more than ten years of relevant experience with education and certifications to accomplish the most complex requirements for current and future customers. Our Level III are Senior professionals who have been delivering similar services for at least seven years while our Level II are intermediate skilled level professionals building their experience portfolio across various federal markets for at least four years. Our in-house mentoring program assigns experienced personnel in this field with more junior members of the workforce to continuously grow our organic knowledge and capabilities.
