By applying ITIL v4 best practices, cybersecurity standards (CMMC, NIST SP 800-171), and automation tools, we reduce downtime, strengthen resilience, and maintain compliance with organizational and DoD requirements. This service enables seamless day-to-day operations, rapid response to disruptions, and continuous improvement of IT service delivery. Our team excels in the following areas:

  • Service Desk & End-User Support - Service Desk Managers to oversee helpdesk operations, manage SLAs, escalations, and staff performance. Our team of Service Desk Technician / Tier 1–2 Support – First line of support for incidents and requests (passwords, software installs, troubleshooting). Desktop Support Specialist – Provides onsite and remote support for hardware, software, and peripherals.
  • Systems & Infrastructure Operations - We bring teams of Systems Administrators to manage client servers (Windows/Linux), Active Directory, storage, virtualization, and patching. Our Senior and SME Cloud Administrators oversee cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS, M365), provisioning, and monitoring. Many of our Database Administrator (DBA) ensure availability, performance, security, and backups of databases.
  • Network Operations - Our Network Engineers design, configure, and maintain LAN/WAN, firewalls, and routers/switches. Our embedded Network Operations Center (NOC) Technicians provides 24/7 monitoring of circuits, bandwidth, and network availability while our Telecommunications Specialists manage client VoIP, video conferencing, and secure communications systems.
  • Cybersecurity & Compliance - Security Operations Center (SOC) Analysts monitors security alerts, investigates incidents, and escalates threats. Information Systems Security Officer (ISSO) ensures compliance with CMMC, NIST 800-171, RMF, and DoD cybersecurity policies as well as local SOPs. Our Vulnerability Management Specialists perform scans, tracks remediation, and maintain system hardening.
  • IT Operations Management & Governance - IT Operations Manager – Oversees all IT operations functions, manages KPIs/SLAs, and ensures service continuity while our IT Asset Managers track hardware/software assets, licensing, and procurement.


Service Levels

Our Subject Matter Experts bring more than ten years of experience in the relevant field (Network, Systems, Data etc.) and carry appropriate education and certifications to accomplish the most complex requirements for current and future customers. Our Senior professionals have been delivering similar services for at least seven years while our intermediate professionals have been building their experience portfolio across various federal markets for at least four years. Entry level personnel generally bring one year of experience or greater and required security clearance.
